Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods such as holidays or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Estimated Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days. All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping Notice
During high-volume periods, shipping carriers, including USPS and Canada Post, may experience delays beyond our control.
Christmas Delivery Disclaimer
Orders placed after December 15 are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Orders placed on or before December 15 may still experience carrier delays. By placing an order during the holiday season, you acknowledge that delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed.
Shipping Protection & Priority Processing (Optional Add-On)
Customers may choose to purchase Shipping Protection and Priority Processing at checkout. This optional add-on provides priority handling and replacement coverage under qualifying circumstances.
Priority Processing
Orders with Priority Processing are placed at the front of the fulfillment queue relative to other orders received on the same purchase date. Priority Processing applies to order handling and processing speed only. It does not guarantee delivery by a specific date and does not override carrier transit times or delays.
Shipping Protection Coverage
Shipping Protection covers packages that are lost in transit, damaged during shipping, or missing items due to carrier handling. If a covered issue occurs, customers may file a claim by contacting support@oakandsmokeco.com. Approved claims are resolved by resending the affected item or replacing missing goods. Refunds are not issued for shipping protection claims.
Exclusions & Limitations
Shipping Protection does not cover carrier delays or late delivery, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or buyer’s remorse and order cancellations. Shipping Protection and Priority Processing fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
Transfer of Responsibility to Carrier
Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Oak & Smoke is not responsible for carrier delays or disruptions. Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled, regardless of mailbox access issues or package theft.
Lost or Delayed Packages (Without Shipping Protection)
Orders with active tracking are considered in transit. Orders marked delivered are considered fulfilled. If tracking shows no movement for 14 or more days, contact us and we will assist with a carrier inquiry. Replacement or refund is not guaranteed without Shipping Protection.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund, replacement, or shipping protection claims.
