30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Quality Assurance)
Oak & Smoke proudly stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect and is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. This guarantee is a product quality guarantee and does not cover delivery timing, satisfaction, or change-of-mind returns.

The guarantee does not apply to buyer’s remorse or change of mind, shipping delays or carrier issues, late or missed holiday delivery, normal variations in wood grain, color, or natural character marks, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Refund Eligibility
All sales are considered final except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns are not accepted for any other reason.

Damage or Defect Claims
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. To be eligible for a damage or defect claim, you must contact support@oakandsmokeco.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item, the original packaging, and the shipping label if visible. Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

Return Shipping Responsibility
If a return is required as part of an approved damage or defect claim, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items must be shipped using the instructions provided by Oak & Smoke, and items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. In some cases, Oak & Smoke may determine that a return is not necessary and may resolve the issue without requiring the item to be sent back.

Resolution Method
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Oak & Smoke will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. The method of resolution is determined solely by Oak & Smoke.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Final Sale Items
Sale or discounted items, personalized or custom products, gift cards, and items showing signs of use after delivery are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Delays & Delivery Timing
Shipping delays, carrier disruptions, weather events, or missed delivery estimates do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks. All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may exercise the 14-day cooling-off right as required by law. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
